Cancellation Policy

We do ask for 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or change and appointment, This give us time to fill the booking slot. If you have paid a booking fee, this may not be refunded or transferred. We may also request a booking deposit to rebook in the future.

Time between appointments

If you have left it a long time between appointments. ( eg, Regrowth) we may add an additional fee to cover the cost of extra product and/or time.

Bleach regrowth

This ideally should not be left any longer than 5 weeks between appointments. Longer can cause banding in the hair, This can cause more work for the stylist to correct and may come with an additional charge.


We do ask that ALL children that are booked in for a haircut but no wash, Come in with freshly washed hair for hygiene reasons. We are happy for you to bring something to entertain them but do ask that if it is a tablet or phone etc, that it is on silent as to not disturb other clients,

Mobile phones or Tablets

We try to keep a relaxed environment in the salon, We would appreciate that if you wish to listen to your device that you bring headphones as to not disturb our other clients in the salon.


Classic Highlights

Our highlights are prices for “Classic highlights”. If you want something a little more and to be much brighter, We may need to time to do this and wouldn’t want to disappoint so please speak to us first or come and visit us for a consultation incase we need to book out more time.
